Incredibly noisy... had to move out
The personnel is very nice. Beds quite comfortable. Location convenient near a metro station, 1 stop away from Bedok or Joo Chiat. Far from the center however.
When I disembarked from the plane, I had a number of automatic warning messages that my booking was almost being canceled. Very worrying and unreasonable. Then when I arrived at first there was noone, only after some minutes someone came to open the door. The first night, I was given a room whose window opened on the outside vents of the aircon system. It was like having a plane next to the room. Unbearable and I could not sleep. I complained and was given another room (very big) on the 4th floor. It was on the same side of the building so with still some noise from the air conditioning system, but mostly there was a lot of noise from Sims avenue, where there is a lot of traffic at all times. The windows are single pane, so there is basically no protection against the noise. I barely slept, basically only when the storms were coming and the noise of the rain (natural noise so it actually helps to sleep) was covering the street noise. In the end I went away after 4 nights although I had paid for 6 and lost money because of this. I would never book again there, it should certainly not have an 8 on booking. Note that some rooms do not even have windows...

Better places available. Good for "airbnb" type of living.
Near an MRT which was near to my friend's house. Room has induction cooker, microwave, mini oven, fridge etc. Laundry also available. Much more like a long-term staying place than a hotel.
Nobody at the front desk in the morning when we arrived for check-in, and again at late noon. The number pasted on the front door did not pick up in the morning. Number posted on website is invalid. Random guy came into the room at 10+pm for no reason. No daily cleaning or change of towels. Also, they charge your card before your stay without warning.

Other than it’s near MRT station & airport, don’t think...
Other than it’s near MRT station & airport, don’t think will stay in this property again unless they up their standards.
TV cannot received new signals. No daily or even weekly housekeeping No top up of toilettes

Overall satisfied. Will recommend friends from overseas to stay here.. Excellent customer service!
The staff makes us feel comfortable. 5* service
The spring mattress is a bit uncomfortable
